I recently had the chance to sit down with a local comedian, writer, producer, promoter, and all-round hilarious gentleman – Ryan McMahon. Ryan McMahon is the father figure in the local DIY comedy scene and the host of one of my favouite local comedy shows – Comedy Loser. In this interview we discuss the Winnipeg comedy scene, the upcoming Free Laughs Comedy Series at the King’s Head Pub, and a few other hot topics. If you don’t already know, there is a free comedy show every Tuesday night at the King’s Head Pub. The shows are as follows:
